This will be a set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (Vigilant Security Services, LLC). DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) provides the combatant commands and the Joint Staff (JS) with effects-based, precision options for selected networks and nodes in order to carry out the national security and military strategy of the United States during peace, crisis, and war located at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) located at Dahlgren, VA. This contract defines an effort to conduct tests against equipment at the Blackheart International (BHI) Test Range. JWAC provides analysis to various defense organizations and as such, JWAC has a requirement to determine the effectiveness of weapon, initiation parameters (noise, light, MSD, safety concerns, etc.), and practicality. The purpose of these tests, are to capture real world data, and document capabilities against designated items. Materials, equipment, and detailed classified information were kept in a generic format for this PWS in order to keep the contract unclassified. Further detailed and classified data will be provided to the contractor as a separate document(s). The Service provider shall provide all personnel, supervision, security clearances, equipment, and consumable supplies in support of this contract. A redacted J&A will be posted upon contract award.
