This project will be a renovation of the ground floor of the UMSL South Campus' Seton Hall Building. This 10,000 square foot renovation will include the construction of a skills lab, classroom space, three sim labs and debrief rooms, new restrooms, HVAC upgrades, and IT infrastructure improvements. Students will be present on campus and in the building during construction. This project will require a general contractor with a proven track record of successfully completing phased renovations of occupied higher education/institutional buildings with similar of comparable complexities. This project must be completed within a critical time frame in order to meet the Owner’s schedule commitments.
