Solicitation N0042117T0143 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for Ultralife Corporation P/N: MRC-UVA Universal Vehicle Adapter, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Ultralife Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Only brand name responses will be considered.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV databases prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.SAM.gov.

Invoicing payment will be made thru Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), TERMS: NET 30.
