New York Power Authority (NYPA) is looking for interested buyers to purchase up to 114,500 Barrels of Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) from NYPA at the Astoria Energy LLC Terminal (formerly the Castle Astoria Terminal - Dock Code #368 -US Army Corps of Engineers Waterway Code #02213 - Port series No. 05) located on the right bank of the entrance to Luyster (Steinway) Creek, Astoria, Queens, New York. Interested buyers must provide barge with dimensions as specified by NYPA and suitable for offloading ULSD oil product from a shore tank at the Astoria Energy LLC Terminal.
