New York Power Authority Solicitation to furnish and deliver up to 125,000 Barrels of Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) oil with a maximum sulfur content of 15 ppm, typically Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) or Ultra Low Sulfur Heating Oil (ULSHO) to the Astoria Energy LLC Terminal (formerly the Castle Astoria Terminal - Dock Code #368 -US Army Corps of Engineers Waterway Code #02213 - Port series No. 05) located on the right bank of the entrance to Luyster (Steinway) Creek, Astoria, Queens, New York. Delivery must be made by ship or barge in the cargo size(s) specified by NYPA. Oil quality must be in strict compliance with NYPA contract specifications (Colonial Pipeline Grade 62/67, Non-Dyed and Non-Biodiesel).
