The state is seeking proposals to administer a Ukrainian health promotion and wellness grant to a community organization for the period December 1, 2023 – November 30, 2024. The State is looking for a community partner organization to provide health and/or mental health and wellness services to newly arriving Ukrainians who are eligible for Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) services. For the remainder of this document, eligible persons will be referred to as “refugees.” Area of service is statewide with a focus on areas where eligible Ukrainian refugees are living.
