1. This Sources Sought is seeking all interested businesses for competitive consideration. The 501st Combat Support Wing Regional Contracting Office, located at RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom, is seeking capability packages to determine the size and types of businesses available for a potential firm-fixed-priced Contract. This requirement provides all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation and all other item's necessary to perform United Kingdom Mail Haulage Services between London Heathrow and RAF Alconbury, as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please review the attached PWS and submit any concerns or questions with the capability package. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484110.
