SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. Description:

Item #1 - UHV Linear Actuator - Please provide quotes for Quantities: 8 units, 10 units and 18 units

Technical Evaluation Specifications: Linear actuator with 20 mm of stroke, 200 N push/pull force, less than 100 mm from mounting flange to back of actuator, no more than 19 mm from mounting flange to end of output shaft at mid-stroke, body should be no larger than 58mm in diameter. Must be encoded (absolute preferred). 100 nm resolution. Operates in 1e-10 Torr vacuum. RGA requirements: sum of all masses above 44 AMU <1e-11 Torr, any single mass above 44 AMU <5e-12 Torr at 70 eV EI ionization.


Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications by not later than April 4 2019.
Source selection will be based on lowest price technically acceptable
Payment Terms: N-30
Freight terms: FOB Destination
The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms & Conditions for Commercial Supplies and Services under $100,000 M365 (Rev 17Feb2015) will be made a part of the resulting order.
