One (1) set of 14 UHV-compatible fluorescent screens as specified below, including coating of screen, laser engraving of grid pattern, and cleaning to UHV standards. 
a) 5 small screens 50 x 60 mm overall size, 35 x 60 mm coating area. 
b) 8 small screens, 30 x 65  mm overall, 30 x55  mm coating area
c) 1 large screen 300 x 300 mm, fully coated
d) laser-engraved grid lines, approximately 40 um line-width, 5mm grid spacing.  Large screen may be engraved in 4 quadrants as necessary.  
e) Coating:  Europium doped Yttrium oxide, emission wavelength ~611 nm.  All coatings 12 micron thickness.
f) material OFHC Copper 3 mm thick (large screen may be up to 7mm thick as required to maintain rigidity). 
g) small screens will be machined with 3 mm bore holes outside the coated area, as follows: 
    - for (a), four holes in the corners, in a 40 x 50 mm pattern
    - for (b), four holes in the corners, in a 20 x 59 mm pattern
h) drawings will be exchanged at the beginning of project to confirm all dimensions.
