This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for Thirty (30) P/N: 20-30-29, UHF Satcom Antennas and Shipping and Handling charges if applicable.

The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued.
