The purpose of Amendment 0003 is as follows:

1. The required response date/time has changed from 15-Aug-2016 12:00 AM to 22-Sep-2016 01:00 PM (Korea Standard Time)

2. CLINs 0010, 0020, 0030 have been modified to be "BRAND NAME"

3. DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 "Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions" has been added

4. ADDENDUM FAR CLAUSE 52.212-2 has been amended.

5. 5152.232-4022 "Payment-related Addresses" has been deleted

6. This solicitation has been changed from "Brand Name or Equal" to "Brand Name Only". The supporting Brand Name Justification has been attached to this solicitation.

7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
