The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: CRESTWOOD TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORP, 1 ODELL PLAZA, SUITE 139, YONKERS NY, 10701-1402 for the procurement of QTY: 1, UH 60 Structural Fitting P/N 1560-01-506-8234 with a certificate of conformance ensuring all military and OEM specifications are being met.

In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.103-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.  This is not a request for competitive proposals.  The decision not to compete this requirement is within the descretion of the Government.  Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
