This sources sought is being issued for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The CT National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified small business (SB) concerns, certified 8(A), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333999 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 500 employees.
The CTARNG needs the following equipment to support UH-60 helicopters:
- Cowling Component Cart, similar to Handling Systems, Inc (Model# CNG060712), QTY: 8;
- Cowling Storage Cart with doors, similar to Handling Systems, Inc (Model# FTR011206-W/DR), QTY: 4;
- Cowling Storage Cart, similar to Handling Systems, Inc (Model# FTR011206), QTY: 4
Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) Cage and DUNS number; (3) Size status (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, etc.). No other information is required at this time. DO NOT SUBMIT A NARRATIVE, PROPOSAL, OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. Interested sources should indicate interest to the Contracting Officer as early as possible but no later than 08:00 AM EST on 15 March 2019.
