Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide ongoing management of one on-campus pizza concept restaurant to the University of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for the management and operation of a pizza concept restaurant to be located in the Tate Student Center building. There is potential for at least one additional location to be added after the initial contract period. The initial contract period will begin on August 1, 2025 and will be for one year, ending on July 31, 2026. Four annual renewals will be available upon mutual discretion. The agency contract will be awarded to the highest scoring proposal received from the responsive and responsible suppliers who participate in the sourcing event. Attendance is required at the mandatory site visit scheduled for February 4, 2025 at 11:00 am. The site visit location is at the Tate Student Center, 3rd floor, Bulldog Cafe, 45 Baxter Street, Athens, GA 30602. Parking is available at the attendee's expense in the Tate Student Center Parking Deck.
