Based on the MOU Agreement between UGA and CU Extension for joint state peach entomology program to employ one full time Peach Entomologist, Clemson has agreed to reimburse UGA for services provided by a UGA Entomologist. Based on this agreement between the two Universities, there is no other vendor able to provide the research service, and therefore this is a sole source procurement.
