Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Oracle PeopleSoft Financial and HCM System Consulting to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia By and On Behalf of the University of Georgia (UGA) (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. UGA seeks two (2) full-time dedicated consultants to assist with the following areas. Consultants can be on-site or remote: One full-time consultant to assist with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 Services as follows: 1. Accounts Receivable, Billing, Commitment Control, Project Resource, and General Ledger inter-dependencies and data flow at the discretion of UGA, including supporting grants accounting, project costing, contracts, accounts receivable billing, and asset management processes as configured by UGA. 2. Provide training to two UGA business analysts on accounts receivable and billing modules across 135 accounts receivable business units. 3. Provide support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager). One full-time consultant to assist UGA with the following Oracle PeopleSoft HCM services: 1. PeopleAdmin PACx Project Design & Delivery, Systems Architecture & Delivery Tasks to cloud integration to enable the present PeopleAdmin (UGAJobs) talent management solution that UGA uses for recruitment and applicant tracking. 2. UGA's Performance Management Implementation within Oracle PeopleSoft HCM (OneUSG Connect) 3. UGA FY24 Annual Budget process upload design and planning within OneUSG Connect (with additional years possible).
