Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Animal Welfare Class video production services to the University of Georgia as further specified in this eRFP. An Agency Contract will be awarded to the highest scoring responsive and responsible supplier with whom UGA can reach agreement on terms and conditions. The Agency Contract award will be for one year initially with four annual renewals available at UGA's discretion.
