UFO - MONTROSE SHOP BUILDING Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for UFO - MONTROSE SHOP BUILDING. A. Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a New Shop Building for the Bureau of Land Management. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) that is approximately 2,040 sf with a mezzanine of approximately 650 sf, interior rooms for an office, restroom, utility room, computer equipment server room, records storage room and mechanical equipment room. New shop building will have a separate room for an air compressor, two high lift overhead doors, storage area for dust collector and work area for welding activities. All Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical requirements, as specified in this Project Manual and on the drawings are included in this project. B. Work of this contract also includes demolition and removal of existing metal building, footings, foundations and concrete slabs for this building.
