Project Info 1. The project will transform six (6) existing operating rooms (OR’s) with new OR integration technology by integrating compatible surgical devices to simplify OR workflow and maximize efficiency. Phase 1 of the project will include Critical Care Wing (CCW) OR 9, Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion (AIP) OR 16 and Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion (AOP) OR’s 9, 11, 14 and 15 (6 total OR’s). 2. Work covered also includes updating architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications (MEP) and replace existing booms. Phase 1 will be completed one (1) OR at a time and will have six (6) construction phases. 3. Please reference the 7 Alternates shown in the Spec Section 01 23 00. 4. Tax Exempt Status - Owner is exempt from State of Colorado.
