The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, ND is conducting market research to determine the existence of companies that perform construction of support structures for ground data terminal antennae. The performance period will be 150 days with a winter exclusion of 1 Nov through 30 Apr.
The general scope of the requirement is to provide service, In Accordance With the Performance Work Statement. This project consists of the construction of three support structures for the installation of ground data terminal antennae. As indicated on the drawings and in the specifications, the construction will consist of excavations, concrete foundations, steel support structures, and electrical power, communication, and grounding connections for the antenna systems. Also included is the construction of gravel access roads to each antenna structure, finish grading, and seeding disturbed areas. The location of the work is within a restricted/controlled area of the Base.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237130, and the small business size standard is $33.5M. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price, contract with a magnitude between $500,000 to $1,000,000.
