The work includes Site Preparation and Improvements, General Construction, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work and Electrical Work, all to be let under one prime contract. Bid Information: Sealed bids for construction of the UAPB Softball Pavilion will be received until 2:00 PM, Local Time on Tuesday, July 02, 2024, in the Main Conference Room of the UAPB Department of Facilities Management at 2001 Carver Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71601, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud. Telephones and private office space WILL NOT be available for use by bidders. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 2221 University Drive, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71602. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend. The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional meetings. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, ArkansasState Licensing Law for Contractors.
