Bid Information: Sealed bids for construction of the UAPB Softball Pavilion will be received until 2:00 PM, Local Time on Thursday, October 03, 2024, in the Main Conference Room of the UAPB Department of Facilities Management at 2001 Carver Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71601, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Information: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 2221 University Drive, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71602. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend.
