Apprenticeship Academic Training in support of Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). FRCSE requires the services of a regionally or nationally accredited educational institution that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to deliver post-secondary education programs. The apprenticeship training will culminate in the award of the Engineering Technology Support Specialist certificate for apprentices who successfully complete the program. The intent is to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award, IDIQ, Requirements contract and subsequent task orders under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 and 16. Set aside: N/A This Synopsis will be posted on both Beta Sam (https://beta.sam.gov/) and NECO (https://neco.navy.mil). No solicitation is available at this time. This is only a synopsis. Anticipated release of the solicitation (solicitation # N6883621O0112) is 13 August 2021. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requester nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
