Description: To provide a Course of Instruction (COI) in the most current detection and diagnostic equipment and techniques for prosecuting Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), Large Vehicle IED (LVEID) and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Instruction in basic electronics as well as the more advanced solid-state circuitry found in current IED/WMD. Remote sensor and wireless remote control technologies will be discussed and explained. Practical exercises utilizing detection, diagnostic and defeat tools for neutralization and device-defeat techniques. Seasoned Master Training Specialist with years of practical EOD experience, training and advanced technology integration.
