NASA/NSSC has a requirement for a training program entitled VxWorks 6.9 andWorkbench Essentials. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed efforton a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solelywithin the discretion of the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.Capabilities and qualifications should be submitted to Candice C.
