The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) on behalf of the Office, Chief Of Chaplains, intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order to Chagnon & Reina Associates, 560 Black Bear Run, Stowe, Vermont, 05672 for Training Publication books ( Introductory Trust Building Package for Certified Chaplains) by Drs. Michelle and Dennis Reina. They developed the Reina Trust and Betrayal Model / Survey. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within fifteen (15) days of this announcement posting.
