The MICC - Fort Knox intends to award a sole source contract to Catharsis Productions, LLC to provide sexual harassment/assault prevention training sessions called quote mark Sex Signals quote mark during IMT, Drill Sergeant training, and at CONUS military installations . Individuals will be trained during IMT at the Basic Combat Training (BCT) at Forts Jackson, Benning, Sill, and Leonard Wood, Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) at Forts Lee, Huachuca, Sam Houston, Rucker, Gordon, Jackson, Leonard Wood and Sill, Leader Training Course (LTC) at Fort Knox, Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Drill Sergeant Training at Forts Benning and Jackson, and at the United States Military Academy. quote mark Afterburner quote mark training sessions will be provided to large group sessions of up to 350 Soldiers per session. The primary focus is placed on completing the sexual harassment/prevention training by the end of FY14. Services shall be performed 30 September 2013 through 29 September 2014. The Army desires an estimated 600 quote mark Sex Signals quote mark training sessions and an estimated 1700 quote mark Afterburner quote mark training sessions be performed during the contract period at approximately 60 different government installations. Comments shall be received by the contracting officer no later than 11:00 AM Fort Knox, KY time 27 September 2013.
