This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This contract is for two personnel to provide Instruction, and Maintenance support for the Engagement Control Station Simulator (ECS2) for Officer and Enlisted instruction in various Patriot POIs. Lack of instructors will degrade existing resources and capabilities. The instructor will result in providing the operating force skilled Lieutenants and Enlisted Soldiers which otherwise would not be available. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 611430 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $7.0 million.

The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for Small Business Request for proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made on the basis of Best Value/Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated.
