The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for contractor assistance in providing three (3) expert Instructors to teach a series of three (3) individual courses on Technical Photography, Advanced Accident Site Photography, and Digital Image Processing at the NTSB Academy in the Spring and Fall for the next four (4) years. The first class is scheduled on October 24 - 26, 2006. It is the intent of the NTSB to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base period of one year and three (3) one year option periods. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. NTSBQ060036 will be issued on July 17, 2006 with responses due August 14, 2006. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible parties may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
