RFI is for all inclusive couples PAIRS retreats to include: all labor, expenses, retreat advertising/organization/preparation/reservations, rooms and meals, conference space, PAIRS specific training materials, 4 (minimum) PAIRS certified trainers/facilitators, travel and after action reports needed to conduct 2 day PAIRS couples retreats in NH/VT. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide this service. Such information should also include pricing information to provide this service. Vendors are required to submit enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements in this RFI. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
