Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to American College of Surgeons Chicago, IL for the following: Line Item 1: Qty 1 YEAR, American College of Surgeons’ (ACS) National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP). This purchase is for a web based surgical outcome analysis project for surgical care at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. This provides quality metrics for the recognition and improvement of problem areas in the care of surgery patients at the medical center.
