Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the Department of Labor, for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center, a 505-student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland 21163. We are currently soliciting request for written quotes for the following on-site Medical Services – Center Physician - 20 hours/week Monday 1:30pm -6pm Tuesday 1:30pm- 6pm Wednesday 8:30am – 4pm (1/2 hour lunch) Thursday 3pm – 5pm Friday 10am – 12pm (Thurs and Friday times negotiable) There is a small window of flexibility with the above published hours. Please note any requested hours that vary from the above published hours if necessary in your quote. Written quotes should include cost price per hour per attached scopes-of-work for the following time periods.
