DCTF Slidell is anticipating making a sole award to purchase Certified Test Manager Training from International Institute for Software Testing. This package contains a request for seven courses dealing with test management body of knowledge and a second-level certification for managing test processes. These courses provide the knowledge required to establish and manage a successful test process. This includes learning industry standards for quality processes, policies and documentation; how test processes fit into all stages of the software development life-cycle; how different development models and maturity levels affect test processes; and review best practices for test process management.
