Service Provider will provide 8 hours of OSHA approved Forklift training to 15 (fifteen) employees to include all practical hands on training. Contractor will provide 8 hours of OSHA approved Competent Person Scaffolding Training for 6 (six) employees including practical hands on training. All training will be conducted at the Sheridan VA Medical Center; class room will be made available as will the forklifts and scaffolding for practical portions of training.
