The US Army Medical Command, Southeast Region has a requirement for a five day series of lectures, course instruction and hands-on training in microsurgical procedures for U.S. Army DENTAC, Eisenhower Army Community Hospital, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Wen-Xiang Zhang, MD, 2038 Bancroft Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108-1481.
Five day series of lectures, course instruction and hands-on training in microsurgical procedures presented to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residents. Training must provide an introduction to the basic techniques and clinical indications of vascular surgery and intensive training in micro-surgical anastamosis. Protocol Number DDEAMC 07-24A, dated 26 October 2010 entitled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training Protocol using the Sprague-Dawley Rat will be followed by the contractor.

However, entities that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include certifications/licenses and Curriculum Vitae, past performance information, price and delivery time.
This information will be reviewed by the Government medical/technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
