Pursuant to the Public Health Service Act, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jeffrey Strout, of Zephyrhills, FL to facilitate, oversight, management, documentation, coordinate, and evaluate the progress of the Federal Food Safety Coalition’s development of a food security subcommittee and individual agency members in the adoption and implementation of the FDA Food Code into their respective food programs. Other service is to create partnerships and links between federal, tribal, and state food safety agencies in an effort to combine energy in achieving the same goal of reducing the incidence of foodborne illness to the greatest extent feasible. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/bids are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This award will be made 10 days after the date of this notice.
