The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to Street Law Inc. of Silver Spring, MD to provide administrative and logistical support for the completion of training in Washington, D.C. for DoDEA high school teachers and administrators on a Street Law course. This proposed sole source procurement is a continuation of DoDEA's ongoing initiative to support the even implementation of Street Law courses in its high schools and ensures consistency in the teaching approach and delivery of the Street Law course throughout all DoDEA schools. DoDEA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
