The U.S. Department of Education intends to issue a sole source modification to contract number ED-06-PO-1967 with VitalSmarts, LLC for purchase of an additional 397 Crucial Conversations Participants Toolkits suite. Purchase of the additional proprietary kits from VitalSmarts will provide continued consistency and uniformity in the delivery of required training to the Department's managers and supervisors. The anticipated award on a sole source basis is in accordance with FAR subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for proposals. This is not a solicitation and no solicitation is available. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
