NA Contingent upon the availability of funds, The United States Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command located in Rock Island Illinois intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with United Way of the Quad Cities, 3247 E. 35th St. Ct, Davenport, IA 52807, for management, personnel, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to manage, operate and administer a range of programs to include Deployment/ Mobilization, Stability Support Program(SSOs), Readiness and Outr each Programs. Specific requiremented activities will include family/spouse support groups, child/spouse referals, a variety of practical living counseling with young families, production/ acquisition of support materials and one on one support.
