The USDA-Forest Service intends to award a sole source procurement to the RESOLVE/NRLI to provide facilitation of three meetings. Recruit, train, and coach participant leaders for five monitoring work groups. Provide programmatic support to monitor project. Assist in updating/adapting procedural arrangements to reflect changes in project. Help recruit, train, and coach a local facilitation team. Provide a summative evaluation instrument.
