This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request number W90EG58164B001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 27 June 2008, 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Washington Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following services:

COMBAT LIFE SAVER (CLS) INSTRUCTION FOR 600 WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD PERSONNEL AT YAKIMA TRAINING CENTER

CLIN 0001 75 personnel during each of the following time periods:

16-18 Jul 08
19-21 Jul 08

The bid must include all required administrative/training material excluding Class VIII items. The bid must include the cost of contractor travel, transportation, meals and lodging.

The students must be certified as Combat Life Savers with a certificate that will be recognized by the U.S. Army.

The offeror must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR).
