This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to JMD Studios of 101 PK 42 Dr STE A, Locust Grove, GA 30248. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with onl y one source under the authority of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The requirement is for Civilians On the Battlefield (COB) role players to enhance training at Fort Hood, Texas during the period 01 July 2006 through 30 September 2006. This contract is a direct follow-on to W91151-05-F-0245. Obtaining these services from any other source than the incumbent contractor is likely to result in duplication of costs for hiring and training, which are not expected to be recovered through competition. JMD Studios is the incumbent contractor, and has a trained available workforce in place. Response date is 26 Jun 06 at 11:00 AM.
