United States Medical Activity, Fort Carson, Co has a requirement for professional, technically qualified personnel who possess strong knowledge of the Army Value, Sexual Integrity Concepts, and instructional abilities. The contractor shall designat e an overall Program Manager for this effort, who will have full authority to act for the contractor for all contractual matters relating to the daily operations. The contractor shall furnish all seminar materials necessary to provide services. The contr actor shall have FAX service available to receive Government information. Provide necessary course materials to include a syllabus and audiovisual aids to effectively conduct seminars. Must develop and provide videos and brochures to enhance educational program and to serve as reference materials for the attendees. The contractor will provide PowerPoint equipment to include: Laptops, projectors and screens. Contractor will provide own transportation for regularly scheduled programs on Fort Carson and a ssociated programs. Period of performance is from date of award through one year to include two (2) twelve (12) month periods. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
