The Iowa Army National Guard's 71st CST WMD detachment wishes to procure training regarding a Biological Course. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-12-T-0018. All proposals shall be submitted by 8:00 a.m. local time on 23 April 2012. The anticipated award date is 24 April 2012.
