The National Guard Bureau (NGB), Operational Contracting Office - Arlington, VA, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole-source award to LivingWorks Education USA, 440 Summerlea Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28311-1172 for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills train-the-trainer Training (ASIST-T4T). The above company was approved by the Army G-1 as the suicide prevention/intervention training for the U.S. Army. LivingWorks Education is the only known source that provides the 5-day ASIST train-the-trainer (T4T) workshop required to certify individuals as ASIST trainers.

The anticipated award date is December 13, 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710 (Educational Support Services) and the size standard is $6M.

This is not a solicitation and none will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources capable of providing this training may submit a response. The responsible source must verify that their training will result in certification of the workshop attendee to instruct the ASIST training and obtain the 1S ASI. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
