The 513th Military Intelligence Brigade (513th MI BDE) has a requirement for certified Analytical Interviewing Techniques to be performed from September 26-30, 2005. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the 513th MI BDE in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Paul Ekman Group, LLC. for this requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. The Government has determined that Paul Ekman Group, LLC is the only company that can meet the ordering activity's requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
