Request for Information (RFI): This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors capable of providing Fairlead Beams. The Fairlead Beams must be the new Heavyweight design. The heavyweight design includes a thicker top plate and the placement of gussets on both sides of the beam. Also, the Fairlead Beam is a Critical Safety Item, and as such, the beams must already have been First Article Tested. Vendors must be authorized by the Aircraft Arresting System (AAS) engineer at WR-ALC.
