Amendment 0003:

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

A. Modify paragraph 3.5 of the Statement of Objectives (SOO).  This paragraph now states "A one-year warranty shall be provided from the date of acceptance to cover all new and existing GFE equipment and all installation related to cabling and physical workmanship. The contractor shall also assume any and all existing manufacturer's warranties on the GFE." 

B. An updated copy of the SOO dated 19 March 2012 has been attached to this combined synopsis/ solicitation in order to incorporate these changes. This version (V4) of the SOO is hereby applicable to this requirement.

C. For reference purposes the Questions and Answers received from the site visit conducted on 9 March 2012 have been posted.

D. For reference purposes AFSSI 7702 has been posted.
 
E. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
