The 57 Rescue Squadron requires two (2) Vectra Neo BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Electrotherapy Ultrasound Systems for the rehabilitation of operator injuries. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and delivery necessary to perform acquisition and delivery to site at building 930, RAF Lakenheath IP27 9PN.
The essential characteristics of the electrotherapy ultrasound system shall be as follows: shall be a multi-modality system offering two and four channel Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, EMG Biofeedback, EMG-Triggered Stimulation and Laser options administering combination therapy by using more than one module simultaneaously. The system shall have 12 different waveforms; meet FDA consensus standards; especially in regards to the output parameters; produce an output accuracy of +/- 20%, 10% maximum; have duty cycles of 10%, 20%, 50% and Continuous; head warming feature to increase patient comfort; laser component shall have pulse frequency up to 10,000 Hz with an Output Accuracy of +/- 20%; diodes that create wavelengths between 670-950nm and have the ability to reach outputs as low as 100mW and as high as 1400 mW or higher; diode cooling feature to decrease accidental burning of multiple patients; EMG component shall be surface (sEMG) and have at least (2) channels; integrated electrical lead management system. The unit shall fit into a 30"x30" space restriction.
