The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Datacard Group in Minnetonka, MN to provide the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with Security Laminates and Card Back Laminates to be used in the issuance fo the Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
